A nice workable cafe 7F of the Tokyu Plaza Ginza department store. Fast WiFi, plenty of power outlets, and great views. Not too busy, even on a weekend, but it's still good to arrive early if you want to grab a good seat. Plenty of large 4 person tables, good for groups.
