I was hoping this would be a good spot but despite it being Tully's their official WiFi is not available. There is a slight signal of Ohtemachi one building's free WiFi but to work, relying on your mobile hotspot will be the only option realistically. It's a shame as it is very office like spot and a Newspaper museum attached to it. I guess Nikkei didn't want people from nearby offices to come to work in their building....
