一個熱門的工作點，WiFi和充電座自然少不了，Powder Workshop自然光充足，早上氣氛較為悠閒，到了午餐時間則開始有些擁擠。這裡有不少飲料選擇和一些輕食，有兩小時的時間限制，但平日似乎沒這麼嚴格。

顧名思義就是轉為remote工作者規劃的咖啡店「不在辦公室」，一樓入口看起來一點也不起眼，但地下室是一個超級寬敞的大空間，有非常多的座位且具備不同的空間配置，有沙發、小桌、以及適合聚餐或團體討論的大桌。儘管主要空間都在地下室，但整體畫面非常精鍊美觀。

因為座位很多的關係，有時會非常吵雜（戴上你的抗噪耳機吧 ！） Menu基本上是每種都來一點，甜點、咖啡、正餐，想得到的咖啡店餐點幾乎都有，只是要特別留意低消規定。

很好的WiFi、很多插座，店員很勤快！

The free basement area is quite nice with some decent seating options. It was pretty much empty when we arrived. Really fast wifi. Be sure to check the event calendar though as the space might be booked.

A very nice outdoor terrace on the 7th floor. There are lots of restaurants inside, and lots of seating outside. Seems like a nice place to hang out with friends and get some food and drinks. It was quite peaceful. If you want to sit and work then make sure you bring a wifi hotspot.

The outdoor seating area is great for outdoor working when the weather is nice. Other than that this place is just ok. The main drawbacks being the very slow wifi and no power outlets. The high tables are good for standing working, but uncomfortable to sit at.

其實我們還滿常去星巴克市政府站的，因為太容易去了，而且幾乎是時常爆滿，總覺得為何而寫，所以一直都沒有動筆。第一次來的人只要知道找到統一時代戶外的手扶梯上二樓，不要像我一樣繞了一大圈才找到了 :P。這裡最大的缺點就是沒有廁所，必須到百貨公司或捷運使用，非常不方便，不過如果能一早來佔到面向大十字路口的位置就是勝利，在這裡看人群和車潮川流是件非常有趣的事，就像在涉谷的十字路口上方一樣。

A fantastic cafe when the weather is nice, since they open the large doors. The WiFi is a little slow, and there aren't very many power outlets. The seats are also not the most comfortable. But the vibe does kind of make up for the drawbacks. Also, they probably have the most stylish restroom cafe in Taipei, which features a tree! Not to be confused with the boven library downstairs (paid access only).
