A small coffee shop, a couple bar seats, and a large worktable. Very chill vibes. Seats are not the most comfortable or ergonomic.

There's a small cafe at the Impact Hub building. The cafe is open to the public and you don't need a membership. It's a nice, quiet spot to work (unless there's a meetup or event happening), but the guest WiFi is extremely slow and the power outlets are blocked. The cafe serves drinks and some small food/snacks. Food is available during limited hours.

Interior is quite small and minimal, but when the weather is nice, they have a large outdoor seating area, which is really nice. Pastries and sacks available. WiFi is decent, I didn't see any power outlets.

The new Swell location in Nakameguro. The space is perhaps a bit smaller than the old one, but seating options are more comfortable now. There's still a small outdoor seating area. I'm pretty sure they have more food options now. Fast WiFi and most seats have power outlets.

This is a expensive starbucks branch with not many (only a couple) of outlets. Fine for working but you could find better Starbucks tbh.

A really nice workable Tullys, with fancy coffee, overlooking Umekita Park. It's on the second floor, above Zara, in the Grand Green Osaka South building. Good natural light, and nice seats along the windows. Multiple WiFi networks available.

A cafe that is very narrow but tall. AC was cold. Plenty of work friendly seats but they tell you where to sit so you might have to ask that you wanna sit down and do some work. Coffee was decent. Wifi is a Freespot wifi which was weird to connect to, and seems to stop once in a while. I ended up tethering anyways.

滿 chill 的，音樂不會太大聲，但插座不多，只有看到一個座位有，剛好被我坐到 XD。廁所走到最後拉開門在店外，有點小麻煩。

There's a PRONTO cafe towards the East Halls. Just next to it is a large seating area with big windows offering lots of natural light. There's a lawson and restrooms nearby as well. The only free WiFi I was able to get onto was the Lawson Free WiFi (a bit slow, but works fine).

Inside the (tefu) lounge reception on the 2nd floor. There's a 1 hour time limit when busy. I think if you arrive in the morning on a weekday you can probably stay more than an hour. In the afternoon it filled up and was asked to leave after 1 hour.
