Another great workable coffee shop near Daikanyama/Nakameguro/Ebisu. Most times I've walked past it has never been very busy. When the weather is nice the large front windows are open, which is nice. My only complaint would be that the plain black tea I ordered was oversteeped.
The Starbucks Reserve Roastery near Nakameguro is a massive 4 story building, with each floor featuring a different theme. It can get quite busy, so if you want to use it as a work spot then early mornings or late evenings are the best option. The upper floors have plenty of seating options, and WiFi is available. I didn't see any power outlets, so be sure to arrive fully charged! Plenty of good food options and a large drink selection.
A decent cafe for a short work session (not the most comfortable seating). Large outdoor seating area.
Anne & Max Korte Hoog is conveniently located near one of the busiest and most popular areas in Rotterdam city center, just a 5-minute walk from Beurs station. Surprisingly, even on bustling weekend afternoons, this café manages to maintain a cozy and tranquil ambiance. They thoughtfully provide extension cords for charging, and the best part is that they allow laptops! The food is delightful, and the service is excellent."
A Swedish cafe located in the outskirts of Tokyo on the east side of the city. It is a very cozy and relaxing place, with a large outdoor terrace overlooking the river. The menu offers Swedish open-face sandwiches, pastries, coffee, and tea. Definitely worth taking a trip out there! Restrooms are just next to the cafe (public restrooms).
A small cafe in between Shibuya and Daikanyama. It's a nice place to grab a morning beverage and get some work done. Breakfast and lunch options are available, but nothing too special. Fast wifi. One of the large worktables has power outlets.
I found this cafe while waiting for my laundry to finish at the laundromat just next door (useful if you're visiting Vancouver and have some laundry to do!). Surprisingly the cafe turned out to be quite good for working. There's wifi (albeit a little slow), plenty of power outlets, comfortable seating, and a large menu for both food and drinks. Even though it was fairly busy, it was still quiet, with most people working on their laptops or just relaxing and watching youtube on their phones.
This hotel has a great lobby suitable for working. It was very quiet and empty most of the day time. Note that it's not suitable for outside visitors, but if you're looking for a "work-friendly" hotel while visiting Barcelona, then this is definitely a great option!
