There's a small cafe at the Impact Hub building. The cafe is open to the public and you don't need a membership. It's a nice, quiet spot to work, but the guest WiFi is extremely slow and the power outlets are blocked. The cafe serves drinks and some small food/snacks. Food is only available between 11:30 and 14:00.

Dotour isn't usually my first choice for working, but this location outside Kawasaki station is pretty nice though. There's a lot of seating inside, but I think the best choice is the tables by the windows overlooking the intersection below. Fast WiFI, power outlets at some tables, and not too crowded during the day time on a weekday.

A small cozy coffee shop not too far from Nippori station (JR) or Sendagi (Chiyoda). Good coffee and pretty cheap. There is WiFi, but you have to use the Free WiFi Passport network. There is a 90 minute time limit on weekends.

Located on top of the Ebisu Atre West building (the one with Shake Shack at the ground floor). There are elevators outside next to Shake Shack that go up to the 8th floor. There are quite a few tables that are free to use. Surprisingly the Atre WiFi is very fast.

I think the best time to use the space is either early morning or late afternoon, as you can get some shade and it will be less crowded. Since the space is shared with a restaurant, it can get a bit busy and noisy if there are large groups using the restaurant's outdoor space.

Restrooms are located one floor down, next to Din Tai Fung.

Located on the 2F of the Shibuya AXSH office building. The seating area is quite large, including a large worktable by the entrance.

A second location for ABC just down the road from the first location. This location is a bit bigger, with a large work table in the middle and several small tables. As far as I could tell, there is no time limit at this location.

Coworking space that is free and easy to sign up. You have to sign up and show the QR code techinically, but I was not asked. The space is full of tables and chairs. They seems to host events sometimes so should check the schedule in advance. You can pay up and use the restricted area with phone booth, but the free member area is decent enuogh. The only down side is that the coffee is tasteless, and there is a strict rule against taking phone calls.

An Italian cafe in one of the busy spots in Uluwatu. The coffee is decent. The food was ok. The WiFi is quite fast, and there are plugs under most of the seats. The bathroom is outside of the store, but it was clean.

A cafe / bar / restaurant in Uluwatu. It is playing heavy music + the road facing towards is a main road that goes through Uluwatu so there's quite a lot of trafic you can hear. There are plug on most of the seats. I just got lots of mosquito bites, which might be my fault but I'll reduce the comfort point for that. It's a typical no-wall establishment so there's not much we can do but I got like 20 bites in an hour 🥺

A nice cafe in a narrow alley in Seminyak. It is not crowded at all since it's a bit hidden from the main street. Only down side is that there is no toilets inside the establishments, but there are hostels and such nearby which will lend you a bathroom. Very fast and reliable WiFi.
