This café in Prague offers a generously spacious environment. The owners are incredibly welcoming, creating a delightful vacation atmosphere. You can also see people living around the neighborhood come in to grab a coffee while walking their dogs. It's the perfect place to be productive while enjoying your time away.
Anne & Max Korte Hoog is conveniently located near one of the busiest and most popular areas in Rotterdam city center, just a 5-minute walk from Beurs station. Surprisingly, even on bustling weekend afternoons, this café manages to maintain a cozy and tranquil ambiance. They thoughtfully provide extension cords for charging, and the best part is that they allow laptops! The food is delightful, and the service is excellent."
Large worktable and counter seats suitable for working. Very fast WiFi but no power outlets at the seats. I stayed for an hour on a weekday morning, which was fine. I asked if it was ok to use laptops and they said as long as I don't stay "too long". The staff was quite pushy asking if I wanted to order more drinks, so I figured an hour was probably the limit - a bit weird since there was no one else in there. The bathroom door had no lock at the time of visiting (in July of 2023). Hopefully that's fixed by now!
If you're looking for a place to do laundry and get some work done, then this is definitely the place for you. This combined space has one area for self-service coin laundry, and the other half is a cafe serving food and drinks. Laundry is available 24/7, but the cafe space is only open from 10:30 - 18:00.
It's located in the outskirts of Tokyo in Mitaka (about a 20 minute train ride from Shinjuku) and then a ten minute walk from the station.
Tip: you can check the status of all the machines on this website so you can gauge how busy it is. I think weekdays are probably the best time to go, but even on a Saturday afternoon it wasn't particularly busy.
This Buenas Migas is very close from a station so access by train is amazing. There are only 8 tables by the wall that has power outlet. The food selection is not the best but has enough things if you need a quick bite. The coffee tasted little off for the one I ordered but maybe it was just a one off. The music was bit loud, and they were playing a lot of bossa nova mix of popular pop songs, so if you're easily distracted and can't stop the urge of singing along, make sure to bring a ANC headphone. And maybe not the best place to make calls for that reason.
A small cafe in between Shibuya and Daikanyama. It's a nice place to grab a morning beverage and get some work done. Breakfast and lunch options are available, but nothing too special. Fast wifi. One of the large worktables has power outlets.
This buenas migas is probably the best yet. It is full of individual seats with power outlets. If you go before 3PM, you will surely find a seat with an outlet. It does get a bit busy around 3, but I never had a trouble finding a seat. Coffee is cheap and tastes good, and the selection of the food here is good, from salad to dozen different focaccia. The WiFi is fast and no need to reconnect once you are connected. One down side may be the seats. You can only get a chair with close to none back support, or the bench attached to the wall, which is not the most comfortable thing in the world. However, given the place's overall cleanliness and how quiet it is for a cafe, I will come back many times!!
Situated just next to Zaandam station this cafe is a nice spot to work from. The cafe is quite large, with many tables available. The WiFi is incredibly fast, but I didn't see any power outlets. Friendly service, but it took a while to receive our order.
Another great weekday morning work spot. It's a bit outside the main city center so it's much quieter. Laptops allowed, WiFi and power outlets available. Decent food and drinks available as well.
During mornings this is an ideal place to work. Nice interior, quiet, window seats facing the canal, really a wonderful place to work. There's decent WiFi, and a big menu offering both good food and drinks (brunch/lunch).
On a weekday day time it was fairly empty, just some people working on their laptops. I'm guessing laptops are not allowed during evenings/weekends/busy times though.
